CORINA PELAU is Professor Ph.D. and Ph.D. coordinator at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, UNESCO Department for Business Administration. Her main research field is consumer research, with focus on the relation between consumers and artificial intelligence, neuroscientific approaches of consumer behavior and sustainable consumption. Her research has been published by several indexed journals. Her research work has been rewarded with the Best Paper in an Economic Journal Award by AFER (Association of Economic Faculties in Romania) in 2018, the Opera Omnia Award for Excellence in Scientific Research by the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (2019). She is member of the Association for Consumer Research (since 2015) and member of the European Marketing Academy (since 2018). Cristian Negrutiu has extensive managerial experience acquired through various positions in different companies at the executive level since the year 2000. In the period 2010-2019, he was Logistics Country Manager for DSV Solutions in Romania. In this capacity, Cristian served as a Board Member, fully responsible for the strategy and P&L of his division. He managed more than 500 people and lead several local and regional projects, ranging from IT implementation to capacity expansion. Cristian has a double background, in economics and law, followed by an MBA at the University of Sheffield. Roxana Codnițchi studied Business Administration at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies and got a master’s degree in International Relations with the Babeș Bolyai University, Cluj Napoca. After graduating her PhD studies, she continued collaborating with the Bucharest University of Economic Studies to become a university lecturer and vice‐dean of the Faculty for Business Administration (FABIZ). Prior to her engagement with the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Roxana worked for more than 10 years for the European Commission and the German Chamber of Commerce, gaining experience in the management of several international projects with regard to resource efficiency, environmental technologies and renewable energy. During this mandate, she was responsible with the strategy, coordination and implementation of some of the most important cultural diplomacy projects Romania has abroad in the recent period, including the International Arts Festival Europalia Romania 2019-2020, the RCI cultural events included in the France-Romania Season 2018- 2019, as well as a series of large-scale cultural projects dedicated to the Centenary of Romania, organized with RCI branches on three continents. She is ENCATC Ambassador, member of the University Foundation from Belgium, also member of the International Council of CIF (Creative Industries Federation) London and the Scientific Council of Sapienza Foundation. Before becoming a voice in the field of cultural diplomacy, Liliana Turoiu was known as a successful entrepreneur and fashion designer focused on cross-border cultural dialogue and the research of different European traditions and crafts. The author of numerous books, he published monographic studies on Ludovico Quaroni and Peter Eisenman, and books on museums, cities, photography, and contemporary Italian architecture. He teaches design and theory at Scuole di Ateneo Architettura e Design–University of Camerino, and is the director of the international Ph.D. program Villard d'Honnecourt (IUAV).
